By virtue of the Ministerial Decision no. 7396/2021 (Bulletin of Government Gazette Β’ 1223/30.03.2021) of the Minister of Migration and Asylum, the validity of the residence permits and the certifications of submission of applications for the issue of residence permits, issued by virtue of Law 4251/2014 and P.D. 106/2007, which have expired or are to expire:
(a) from January 1st, 2020 to July 31st, 2020, the validity of which was automatically extended by virtue of the provisions of art. 156 para. 2 of Law 4764/2020 until March 31st, 2021,
(b) from August 1st, 2020 to March 31st, 2021, the validity of which was automatically extended by virtue of the provisions of art. 156 para. 2 of Law 4764/2020 for eight (8) months since their initial date of expiration,
(c) from April 1st, 2021 to December 30th, 2021,
are all automatically extended until December 31st, 2021.
The date of entry into force of the residence permits to be issued in renewal of the above will refer to the initial expiration date thereof.
