Since its establishment in 1983, our firm has built an almost fifty year long tradition in the field of civil service law, regarding both military and civil servants.
In this context, our office has handled successfully numerous cases of active and retired Armed Forces and Security Forces Officers, such as compensation claims due to unlawful discharge, disputes with the Pension Funds, appeals against unfavourable assessments, claims for the payment of pension back pays etc. Respectively, we have also handled a vast number of cases relating to civil servants, regular ones and others under private law labour agreements, such as the pursuit of every kind of financial claim (e.g. salary or pension back pays, differences regarding one-off payments), the representation during disciplinary procedures, the filing of objections, actions, appeals for annulment and challenging of unfavourable assessments, the handling of transfer and relocation issues and issues regarding the Supreme Council for Civil Personnel Selection (ASEP).
