Our firm provides full scale services on all issues of intellectual and industrial property and acts on behalf of our principals with respect to the filing and registration of trade marks, patents, models and designs, Greek, Foreign, Community and International in Greece, in EUIPO as well as in WIPO.
We draft and negotiate license agreements and carry out the registration thereof, and we represent our principals in all kinds of judicial and extra-judicial proceedings, in Greece and abroad, with respect to the protection and infringement of their respective rights. A specialized team of translators complements our team. We also draft, process and review agreements relating to software and hardware, databases, electronic data interchange (EDI) as well as to electronic commerce. Our office provides advice on issues relevant to all the above.
