The European Court of Human Rights is an international court established in 1959 and is competent for individual or State appeals against the violation of human and civil rights based on the European Convention for Human Rights. Its resolutions are binding for the States and have led Governments into amending their legislation and their administrative practices in various fields.
Within the context of European Law, as the “ultimum” resort of the citizen, specialized attorneys of our office who have acquired long experience and have successfully handled a significant volume of relevant cases, undertake the filing of appeals before the European Court of Human Rights in cases of violation of the provisions of the European Convention for Human Rights and its protocols, following the exhaustion of the domestic judicial means.
