Within the context of panspermia of the provisions of social security and pension law, of the prevailing legal fragmentation and the absence of codification of the relevant legislation, experienced attorneys of our firm undertake the legal guidance towards the retirement prospect and the final decision for submission of the relevant retirement application to one or more pension funds, in accordance with the provisions of successive insurance. To that end, we also undertake the conducting of the retirement process (issue of old age or survivor’s or disability pension etc.), the filing of objections for the extra-judicial settlement of any social security and/or pension dispute, as well as the briefing and in general the provision of legal advice on the relations between the insured-retiree and any social security fund.
In addition to the above, our office provides full legal and judicial support to business entities with regard to fines imposed by EFKA (Single Social Security Entity) and/or the Labour Inspectorate for uninsured- undeclared employment, by filing appeals against the competent Committees as well as the competent Administrative Courts.
