Many times, cases brought before the Courts are not finalized in either the first or the second instance. Depending on the completeness of the judicial judgment in the first two instances, there may arise the need to have recourse to the domestic Supreme Court, namely Areios Pagos.
Our office, with long standing experience over the past decades and pertinent expertise on the proceedings before the Supreme Court, having a remarkable rate of successful outcomes at the trial before the said court (with success rates exceeding 80%), undertakes to draft and support or accordingly to refute an appeal before the Supreme Court, aiming at referring the case back to the Court of Appeal (in case where an appeal is filed and/or supported by our office) or at the irrevocable vindication of the defendant litigant (in case an appeal filed before the Supreme Court is refuted by our office).
